I can not give Rick a high enough rating. A fraud anti-spyware latched onto my computer. I was unable to do anything to get around it. I was in the middle of completing my professional report for graduate school. My community heard me lamenting about my computer not working and a friend recommended Rick. I was out of town but contacted him immediately to arrange getting my computer to him as soon as I returned. Rick was very accommodating and come to my house within an hour of me landing in town and arriving at my house.

That was impressive enough, but what blew me away was when and how he returned the computer three days later. When Rick let me know he was ready to return my computer, I expected him to only return it and drive off. He informed me I should set aside an hour so he can properly set it up and walk me through my ‘new’ computer. He did just that! I fell back in love with my computer again. He organized my computer in such a simplistic manner and installed new safeguards.

That’s not it…he is the king of cord management! He streamlined all of the cords and made it easier to get to each one if necessary.

I am truly grateful for his excellent service provision and recommend him to anyone I directly or overhear having computer trouble!

Rickey installed a new operating system on my desktop and transferred some data from my laptop to make my computers “like” each other better. He made it to where everything was exactly where I left it on the previous operating system, so I didn’t have to search for my stuff!
